Refund and Returns Policy

Disclaimer

Vishnu Stores sells perishable food products. All product-quality, damage and shipping-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.

Returns, Refunds and Title

Vishnu Stores does not take title to returned items. Please do not send any product back unless our team has specifically authorised the return and provided instructions.

Any refund, replacement or cancellation is subject to review and is granted at the sole discretion of Vishnu Stores. To request a review, customers must provide the order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and relevant delivery or tracking information.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 working days. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

If delivery is delayed or cancelled because of a natural calamity, transport disruption or another circumstance beyond our reasonable control, Vishnu Stores will review the order and communicate the available resolution. Standard shipping and applicable customs charges are included in our displayed product prices; they are not billed as separate line items.

General Shipping Rules

1. Orders placed during festivals or other high-demand periods may take longer to dispatch or deliver because of stock availability, courier capacity or other operational conditions.
2. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postal or ZIP code, nearby landmark where helpful, recipient name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Standard estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
   • India: 2–5 business days
   • Dubai and the UAE: approximately 5 business days
   • Hong Kong and Singapore: approximately 5 business days
   • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
   • United States: 8–10 business days
   • Europe: approximately 15 business days
4. These delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary because of customs processing, weather, local holidays, courier conditions or other events outside Vishnu Stores’ control. An exact arrival date cannot be guaranteed.

Grievance Cell

1. Product-quality, damage and shipping-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Please include the order number, a description of the concern, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and any relevant delivery or tracking information.
3. Email the Vishnu Stores team at contact@vishnustore.in.

Other Important Points

1. If the billing and shipping addresses are different, all relevant recipient information—including the complete address, nearby landmark where helpful, recipient name and contact number—must be provided to support smooth delivery.
2. Standard shipping and applicable customs charges are included in the product prices shown on the Vishnu Stores website. Customers will not be asked by Vishnu Stores to pay these charges separately. If a destination authority independently imposes an exceptional fee or requirement, please contact us before making any payment so that we can review the shipment with the courier.
3. Vishnu Stores is not responsible for damage, loss or delay caused solely by inspection, detention or handling by customs, border-security or other government authorities. We will, however, review documented concerns reported within 48 hours of delivery and assist with available courier or shipment records.

Cancellation by Vishnu Stores or the Customer

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed for dispatch by contacting Vishnu Stores at contact@vishnustore.in. Once dispatch processing has begun, cancellation is not permitted.

Vishnu Stores may cancel an order if a transaction appears fraudulent, violates the website’s terms, contains incomplete or unverifiable information, or cannot be fulfilled. If Vishnu Stores cancels a paid order before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
